Wicked Wins People's Choice Award

Hit musical Wicked has been named Best Family Fun at the BT Visit London People's Choice Awards 2009.
The annual People's Choice Awards give the public the chance to vote for their favourite things to see or do in London. Wicked's latest win is the latest in a string of more than 50 awards that the show has picked up internationally since 2004.
Wicked's notoriously loyal fans showed up in force at the Wicked Cackle, a Halloween event at Westfield, London that broke a new Guinness World Record for the world's largest Halloween gathering.
The show's popularity has resulted in three extra Wicked Christmas matinées being added to the schedule
An International hit, Wicked has now played more than 1300 performances and has been seen by two million theatregoers at London's Apollo Victoria Theatre.
