Wicked Opera for Kristin Chenoweth

Award winning Wicked actress Kristin Chenoweth is to make her English National Opera debut in Leonard Bernstein's Candide.

Kristin Chenoweth is better known for her creation of the role Glinda the Good Witch in the Broadway version of the magical story of the witches of Oz, Wicked. Her stunning voice has landed her the role of Cunegonde in Robert Carsen's brand new production of Candide. The actress has played the role of Cunegonde previously, performing alongside the New York Philharmonic at the Lincoln Center, but this will be her first role with the English National Opera.

Candide is set to open June 23rd at the London Coliseum and will only play 13 performances. Although we won't be selling tickets to Candide, you can book to see the West End version of Wicked. Theatre breaks start from just £107.50 per person.
