Long running Agatha Christie mystery The Mousetrap has announced yet another extension to its West End run, with bookings being taken up until November 2008.

One of the West End's best kept secrets and the world's longest running production, The Mousetrap has added a further 6 months to its West End run. The show will now play until 1st November 2008 at the St Martin's Theatre - although the Show and Stay team will not be surprised if a further extension is announced later in the year.

Agatha Christie's Mousetrap is a thriller set in a country home, where a group of strangers are marooned during a snowstorm. In typical Christie manner, a mysterious death leads to an investigation of the guests and a few secrets are revealed to the astonished group. The ending remains a secret across the West End, despite 20,000 performances of the production so if you want to know what happens you'll have to book tickets to find out - remember to keep it to yourself if you go!
