New Celeb-Stuffed Cast For Calendar Girls

Jerry Hall, ex-wife of Mick Jagger and one time face of Bovril is to join the cast of West End heartwarmer, Calendar Girls.

Hall, who was apparently the inspiration for The Rolling Stones' song Miss You, will be joined on stage by EastEnders stalwart June Brown and former EastEnders Anita Dobson, Jill Halfpenny and Jack Ryder. Ex-Hollyoaks actress Gemma Atkinson, Monarch of the Glen's Richenda Carey and Shakespeare In Love's Jill Baker will also be appearing.

The new cast will join Tim Firth's Calendar Girls on 28 July, 2009 in a season expected to end on 17 October, 2009.

Calendar Girls theatre breaks are available from Show and Stay from £94.50.
