Harold Pinter's The Caretaker To Open At Trafalgar Studios

Harold Pinter's The Caretaker will open at London's Trafalgar Studios on 12 January, 2010.
The Liverpool Everyman production, which will celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2010, will star Laurence Olivier Award-winning actor Jonathan Pryce (pictured) as Davies. Pryce has performed in numerous theatre productions including the 1980 National Theatre production of The Caretaker, in which he played the role of Mick. His film credits include the Pirates Of The Caribbean trilogy.
West End star Peter McDonald will appear alongside Pryce as Aston. The actors have played on stage together before in the 2007 revival of Glengarry Glen Ross in 2007.
The dark, yet comic production directed by Christopher Morahan, will be the first revival of the play since the death of Noble Prize-winning playwright Harold Pinter last year. The play was last seen in London at the Tricycle theatre.
