Dirty Dancing for a Living
LIVING launch their latest televised talent search tonight at 9pm. Dirty Dancing: The Time of Your Life, hosted by the beautiful Kelly Brook, sets twenty of the world's most dynamic dancers against each other for a year long contract with dance agency Bloc.
Over the next few weeks, twenty dancers from across the world will compete to be one of the lucky dancing duos to win a year's contract with agency Bloc. Resident dance professionals Sean Cheesman and Miranda Garrison join Kelly Brook in judging the dancing hopefuls and putting them through their paces.
Each week the couples will be set a dancing challenge, designed to test their abilities and dedication to the art. The winners of the challenge will then have the opportunity to select a new partner; a chance to sabotage a close rival and ultimately secure their own place in the final.
The final will be the toughest challenge of the competition with the remaining dancers re-creating the iconic routine "The Time of My Life" from the cult 80s film. Pressure will be even higher considering each challenge will take place in the very same surroundings that provided the setting for the film, from the lake to the suspended log.
