Night Music Closure Date Confirmed

Published on 1 July 2009 by Jonathan Dudley

Stephen Sondheim and Hugh Wheeler's A Little Night Music is to complete its run at the Garrick Theatre on 25 July.

A Little Night Music

The show, which transferred to the Garrick after a sell-out run at the Menier Chocolate Factory, will close after completing its originally planned run. Featuring an exceptional cast including Maureen Lipman and I'd Do Anything's Jessie Buckley, A Little Night Music will no doubt be missed by musical theatre aficionados.

The news of the closure comes soon after a 48 performance extension to the show was announced.

However, rather than continuing until 5 September as reported, the show will revert to its original closing date. Reasons for the cancellation of the extension are, as of yet, unclear.
