A traditional festive tale for all the family, The Nutcracker is brought to life by the sensational English Royal Ballet.
A classical production and an all-time favourite, The Nutcracker is the magical story of Clara, her Nutcracker doll and the magician Drosselmeyer. When Clara sneaks downstairs on Christmas Eve to find her presents, a world of adventure begins as she battles the Mouse King, falls in love with a handsome prince and discovers the Land of Snow and the Kingdom of the Sweets.
Truly enchanting, The Nutcracker shines, with music by Tchaikovsky perfectly complementing the beauty of dance. The Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy is just one of the many well-known tunes that make this a truly sensational Christmas production.
Created to celebrate the English National Ballets's 60th birthday, this production will be the ballet's tenth interpretation of this much-loved classic.
