New dance teacher for Billy Elliot
Currently playing at the Victoria Palace Theatre, the hugely successful West End musical Billy Elliot has announced a casting change for the role of Mrs Wilkinson, Billy's dance teacher.
The role of Mrs Wilkinson is currently being played by Sally Dexter, Jackie Clune will take over in the role from June 4th. Having studied drama at University, actor, comedian, composer and broadcaster Jackie Clune has made her name mixing her natural wit and talent for singing. Her theatre history includes roles in Taboo, The Vagina Monologues, Follow The Star and the title role in Julie Burchill. Clune's television credits include Waking the Dead, Eastenders, The Bill, Rhona and Something for the Weekend.
