The Lion King 3D has recently hit UK cinemas, projecting the Disney classic in a whole new dimension.
The 3D release is holding its own in the top half of the UK box office. While 3D improves the film’s famed landscapes and exquisite animation, it is no match for the vivid immersion of the live spectacular.
Why not catch up with Simba, Timon, Pumbaa and all your favourites in the award-winning theatre show? See the animals of the Pridelands brought to astounding life by a host of skilled performers. With colourful, inventive costumes and brilliant effects, The Lion King on stage makes you really feel part of the magic.
Simba’s destined journey from lion cub to lion king is beloved by millions. The stage show brings new excitement to the story with a real-life 3D experience unlike any you’ll find in the cinema. Mixing the familiar movie soundtrack with unmatched choreography and puppetry, The Lion King is an unforgettable experience for kids and adults alike.
Ticket and hotel packages to see The Lion King at the Lyceum Theatre are available from Show-and-Stay.co.uk. No funny glasses required!

I’ve seen the lion king 3d and loved it but you’re right, the west end version is in a different league. (plus it’s in 3d too)
