Attraction Information
The Tower of London is famous its bloody history, but it is also home to some of London's most fascinating secrets and artefacts.
Did you know that the Tower was once home to a menagerie of exotic beasts? Animals ranging from pythons to polar bears have lived at the Tower over the years. You can discover all there is to know about the Royal Menagerie at the Tower, and there's certainly a great deal to learn.
Elsewhere at the Tower, you can see the incredible arms and armour of Britain's kings. You'll be dazzled by the exquisite detail of the Japanese presentation armour brought back by Captain John Saris of the East India Company in 1613 and surprised by the sheer historical bling factor of Charles I's shining gilt armour.
You can also meet the world-famous ravens and walk in the footsteps of Anne Boleyn, a visit to the Tower of London is a dream for history-lovers.
