Interesting Fact: Ashley is obsessed with singer Michael Bublé

Edinburgh born, Ashley Russell trained under the Dame Judi Dench Scholarship at the Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. During her career Ashley has gained valuable experience in TV, radio and on stage. She currently works as a part-time freelance drama teacher in London.

Although Ashley has no West End experience she has taken to the stage several times including a number of productions in Edinburgh; The Waiting Room, A Tribute to Richard Rogers and Honk! The Musical. "How Do You Solve A Problem Like Maria" winner Connie Fisher had no professional West End experience and she went on to take the role of Maria in The Sound of Music so Ashley is at no disadvantage, all we can say is watch this space...could Ashley J Russell be Nancy?
