High School Musical has fast become a worldwide phenomenon enticing fans far and wide, starting out as a movie and later adapted in to both a stage production and an ice show! As the title suggests the action takes place in a high school East High where as with any secondary school everyone has their social groups, from the jocks to the brainiacs to the skaters. Troy is captain of the basketball team and is incredibly popular, Gabriella is a brainiac, having just transferred to East High both want to audition for the high school musical but the king and queen of the drama club and the rest of the school have different ideas!
Can Troy and Gabriella convince their peers that you can be a part of more than one group or will the social order of the school be ruined forever? Sometimes following your dreams is all that counts.
