I have just spent some time online talking with your operator at Show and Stay called Rachael F. What an extremely polite, professional and helpful lady. Rachael has help plan a very special trip to London for myself and my Mother-in-law to celebrate her 75th birthday in August by arranging the tickets for Les Miserables, the Hotel and train travel.
