"I would like to commend your outstanding package that made a special weekend all that more special. My Mammy, Audrey Beaney, booked the weekend for me Rachael Wilkinson and my husband Gavin Wilkinson.

The theatre tickets you supplied gave us 'best in house seats' for the performance of Phantom at Her Majesties Theatre. We were front and centre (and I do mean front and centre, that is no exaggeration) for the superb performance and never missed a thing. No one had a better seat than us.

The Strand Palace Hotel was outstanding. Unlike a lot of London Hotels the Strand gave a room that reflected it's grand entrance. Sometimes it looks great in the lobby and the rooms disappoint. The staff at the Strand were outstanding and a trainee called James checked us in and if he was a trainee expected to get better he will be head hunted once fully trained as he welcomed us warmly and expertly.

All the facilities at the Hotel were fantastic. Great bar snacks, not over priced, an outstanding breakfast, enough to fill you for the whole day and the location was superb too. It really complimented the show and stay package as the hotel was minutes from the Piccadilly line which took us straight to the theatre without a need to change.

The train tickets arrived in time with well written explanation of the travel restrictions, which made it easy for us to plan our train journey without incident. The theatre tickets were ready to collect as expected.

All in all I am totally impressed by the package you supplied.
