Meet the Team
Ladies and gentleman we are proud to present the Show and Stay team! A motley crew of writers, techies and marketeers dedicated to making our little corner of the internet the best it can be.
Simon Hagger - CEO
Simon is the top dog round these parts and is the man responsible for launching Show and Stay steering it towards being the best theatre website in the country. Like Sir Alan Sugar but with better calves, when he's not in the office, the boss can be found running, cycling, in the gym or enjoying time with his family. Simon is married to Louise and has two young daughters, Bethany and Aimee.
Neil Roberts - Head of eCommerce
With fingers in the various pies being cooked here at Show and Stay, there is nothing that Neil isn't involved in. Overseeing everything from marketing to search engine optimisation, Neil's hectic job means that he is generally travelling faster than the human eye so catching a glimpse of the elusive man is a rare treat indeed. But when you do, his colourful plumage (or 'blazers') ensures it was worth the wait.
Mike Shaw - Editor
Mike Shaw is a mysterious character. Throughout his zany life Mike has been the singer for a German 1950s tribute band, a journalist, the mayor of Munchkin City in The Wizard of Oz and allegedly flirted with by Drew Barrymore.
Jonathan Dudley - Senior Copywriter
Jonathan Dudley is an enigma. Although he dresses like a vagrant (he has been known to wear the occasional bandana), he has both the demeanour and sense of entitlement of Little Lord Fauntleroy.
Nonetheless, Jonathan is a man of words, beautiful words; something that can be directly linked back to his performance as a dancing robot in a school production of Twelfth Night... set in space.
Kelly Pentland - Copywriter
Kelly converted to the Show and Stay way following a long year writing all about airport parking. Somehow, she managed to survive and now makes up part of our top-notch writing team. Kelly made her theatrical debut as a pan-banging chef in an amateur production of Stomp.
Jo, Leigh, Suzanne and Grace - The commercial team
These ladies are responsible for the massive choice of shows and great prices that make Show and Stay what it is. They make the boring phone calls and attend long, biscuitless meetings to ensure that you get the best choice and best possible prices.
Sally Pemble - Marketing Manager
There is only one Sally Pemble, a unique hybrid of jazz-handed drama student and spreadsheet-obsessed marketing guru, she's our loudest (and most demanding) marketeer.
Gary Robery - Marketeer Extraordinaire
Gary is our resident party boy. He's a regular visitor to the booze-drenched island of Ibiza, fan of bleepy electronic music and proud owner of Show and Stay's very first side mullet.
Victoria Christie - Marketing Assistant
Perhaps our poshest marketer, Victoria rides horses, travelled the world TWICE before settling down into the 9-5 lifestyle and loves Cats so much she named her own moggy Macavity.
Adrienne Enggist - Customer Experience Architect
When she's not telling everyone how great Liza Minelli is, finding videos of musical animals on YouTube, sending our writers into central London dressed as nuns or naming her children after popes, Adrienne is our queen of marketing and all-purpose internet nerd.
