Early Life

Ellis was born in 1979 in Suffolk. She trained as a singer and an actress at the Laine Theatre Arts School. Her passion and talent for singing and acting were obvious. Kerry Ellis was cast for many roles both during and after her time at Laine Theatre Arts.

Ellis has starred in many West End shows and has played the role of Meat in We Will Rock You (2002-2004), Fanitine in Les Misérables London (2005-2006), Wicked the musical (2008 - 2009) and Oliver! (2010).
