Denise was born on 27th May, 1974 in Basildon, Essex. Her parents enrolled her into the renowned Sylvia Young Theatre School where she learned vital acting and presenting skills.She began modelling early in her career which helped her reach stardom in no time at all.Career Highlights
Van Outen's is well-known for presenting The Big Breakfast in 1997 alongside Johnny Vaughn.Denise starred as Roxie Hart in West End musical Chicago (2001 and 2002) and in on-woman show Tell Me On A Sunday (2003). She went on to play Maureen in the London revival of Rent Remixed (2007).
A great actress and a West End star, Van Outen was asked to be a panelist on Any Dream Will Do (2007), on which she met now husband and winner of the show Lee Mead.
