Danny Brocklehurst's latest work is a musical Never Forget -the story follows a Take That tribute band through their highs and lows, featuring a number of Take That's greatest hits. He is also rumoured to be working on a new film script based on the true story of the Fathers4Justice campaign.

Early Life

Danny Brocklehurst was born in 1971 and began his writing career in journalism, writing a s a freelancer for The Guardian, City Life, Manchester Evening News and The Big Issue. His ambition was to write a TV drama by the time he was 30, and at 29 he achieved his goal. Since then he has written high profile and highly successful series Clocking Off and Shameless amongst many more.

Danny Brocklehurst really made a name for himself with the hugely successful TV shows Shameless and Clocking Off, despite having worked in the industry for many years previous. He contiunes to create outstanding productions both for the stage and screen.
