Aoife Mulholland is currently lighting up the stage at the Savoy Theatre as Brooke Wyndham in the fantastic Broadway transfer of Legally Blonde the Musical.
Early Life
Aoife Mulholland was born in Galway in 1978, the youngest of four siblings. She studied music at University College Dublin and did a post graduate diploma in Business Studies at National University Galway. She then went on to train at the Central School of Speech and Drama (CSSD).
Career Highlights
Mulholland shot to fame as a contestant in the BBC talent search How Do You Solve A Problem Like Maria? She lost out to Connie Fisher, however, hit the West End stage as Roxie in Chicago.
Mulholland went on to star as Maria, the role she had audition for on Lloyd Webber's reality show, in The Sound of Music when Connie Fisher cut her hours after straining her vocal chords.
A talented and likable actress, Mulholland is now starring as Brooke Wyndham in Legally Blonde the Musical.
